IVORY COAST – RTI – FRANCOPHONE GAMES

The 8th Francophone Games were held in Abidjan, Ivory Coast from 21 to 30 July.

The Games are held every 4 years and are a combination of artistic and sporting events for French-speaking countries. It is the first time the Games have been hosted by the Ivory Coast and 4,000 athletes took part. In order to televise the events, Studiotech delivered a lot of audiovisual equipment to RTI, including a DSNG OB van and a Dalet MAM system. In recent weeks Studiotech has had 6 engineers/technicians on-site, installing, integrating, testing, giving training and staying on hand to guide the RTI engineers to get the best performance from the equipment. In conclusion, the televised Games have been recognised as a great success.
